What I'm really Doing Here

When you first visit this site, you might be a bit surprised. You won’t find any of my voice-over work here. For those who know me, this might seem unusual. After all, I’ve been fortunate enough to work with some of the best agents and agencies in the industry. As a proud member of SAG-AFTRA, I work through union studios, which in turn work exclusively with agents. After years in the business, with established relationships and a strong network, I realized that a website dedicated to showcasing my voice-over portfolio feels a bit redundant. The producers and agents who need to know me already do. So, this space isn’t about marketing my voice—it’s about connecting in a different way.

When I'm not in the booth, I’m writing. I’m sharing my thoughts, offering my perspective on the world, and letting my opinionated mind roam free. Writing has always given me the opportunity to share my unique perspective and opinions directly, without filtering them through someone else’s script. In voice-over, I’m using my voice to bring someone else’s words to life, but writing allows me to own the message entirely, shaping every thought and every word as my own. And should I ever choose to voice my own words? Well, then it’s boom boom pow—pure magic!

Writing, to me, is a superpower. It’s the ability to see the beauty and complexity in the world, to let go of the things that stand in your way, and to explore all the thoughts and voices that live inside us. It’s an incredible tool for self-expression, and that’s why I’m sharing it here.

Where This Is All Going

As for what you can expect from this website moving forward—well, I’m not entirely sure. Honestly, I’m just focused on getting my voice out from under someone else’s platform and onto my own. This is a growth experience, one I’m diving into with an open mind, knowing that it could go in any direction. Maybe I’ll piss off everyone who reads this post, or maybe we’ll find some common ground. Either way, I don’t expect everyone to agree with everything I say. Expecting universal agreement is foolish, after all.

One thing I do know: this website is going to evolve. Life is constantly changing, and if there’s one thing I’ve learned over the years, it’s that you can’t hold onto anything too tightly. Expect updates, tweaks, and new additions as time goes on. Writing is just the beginning—this is the first of many changes I plan to make in my life, and I’m excited to see where it all takes me.

The Truth About What Comes Next

I’d be remiss if I didn’t acknowledge that this writing might not be the most polished at the start. In fact, it might be downright awful. But that’s okay. Growth takes time. I’m not here to present some perfect version of myself—I’m here to share my authentic voice, flaws and all. I can promise you this: it will improve. It should improve. Just like life, this blog will be a work in progress, and I invite you to come along for the ride.
